About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Compliance and Quality Assurance Auditor. In this role, you will play a critical part in evaluating and enhancing the quality of our claims processes. You will work closely with leadership to establish metrics and improve reporting results, while mentoring colleagues to elevate their understanding of procedures and best practices. Your expertise will contribute to the successful handling of claims and ensure excellence in service delivery across our operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • 10+ years in Heavy Commercial Auto or Bodily Injury claims handling.
  • Experience with APD and Cargo claims.
  • Knowledge of litigated claims and industry standards for multi-state good faith practices.
  • Active adjuster license; multi-jurisdictional a plus.
  • Strong understanding of commercial auto insurance and claims litigation principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Audit litigated and non-litigated claims including Bodily Injury, Auto Physical Damage (APD), and Cargo claims.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish metrics and report on audit results.
  • Perform audits for 2 claims per month per claim handler.
  • Mentor junior colleagues on procedures and claims handling.
  • Support claims leadership as needed and lead training for new hires.
  • Assist with carrier renewals and audits of closed files.
  • Manage deductible recovery and salvage processes.
