Requirements

• 5+ years of related work experience, including proofreading and editing.
• Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and content creation tools.
• Familiarity with digital communications platforms like GovDelivery.
• Knowledge of MS Teams and SharePoint administration.
• Experience with SharePoint lists and Power Platform solutions.
• Ability to communicate permissions and data relationships clearly.
• Functional support knowledge for Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Understanding of Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with MS Forms and stakeholder feedback evaluation.
• Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Expertise in brand standards and editorial guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Update, manage, and execute client’s Communication Plan.
• Write and execute a Marketing Plan for the client.
• Manage marketing and newsletter content on client Webpage.
• Develop and support cohesive designs that reflect corporate cultures.
• Disseminate public relations materials that increase visibility among stakeholders.
• Identify target audiences and create strategies for engagement.
• Collaborate to strengthen employee engagement activities.
• Attend stakeholder meetings to seek creative solutions.
• Draft and edit written deliverables for client contract compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gain content approvals.
• Develop content for Digital Communications platforms.
• Manage multiple projects based on client workload.
