Requirements
- J.D. from a top-tier law school with membership in at least one state bar.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience at a leading law firm or in-house legal department.
- Strong background in internet and e-commerce legal issues, particularly privacy and SaaS.
- Proven track record in managing strategic partner negotiations and contract drafting.
- Strong negotiation presence and ability to lead teams toward goals.
- Sound business judgment with skill in managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to deliver clear and concise legal counsel while driving results cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and implement major partner agreements across all business areas.
- Provide strategic and legal advice to internal business clients.
