Requirements

7+ years of experience in technology roles covering technical engineering, operations, and support.
Experience providing technical delivery oversight on multiple client engagements.
Proficiency in Azure technologies including Microsoft Azure components and migration strategies.
Familiarity with scripting languages, deployment automation, and Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of tools for Cost, Security, and Compliance management in Public Cloud.
Up-to-date understanding of cloud technologies and emerging trends.
Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a virtual team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate services functions and client experience across service lines focused on managed services.
Engage in sync sessions with peer Architects to align technical solutions and enhance team collaboration.
Act as a subject matter expert providing support for presales initiatives and aligning delivery expectations.
Coach team members in a player-coach model to build their skills and capabilities.
Foster relationships within the team and with external stakeholders including clients and partners.
Assist the team in reaching billable targets by overcoming project challenges.
Facilitate change orders and project extensions when necessary.
Drive alignment on technical solutions across various practice areas.
