Requirements

  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (Zoom, email, CRM systems)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Professional, reliable, and coachable

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and Zoom
  • Provide clear explanations of benefit programs and policy details
  • Schedule and lead virtual consultations
  • Maintain accurate client records in our system
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with company products and services
