About The Position

GreenPath Financial Wellness is seeking a Remote Client Success Specialist to support clients' financial wellness journeys. This role involves providing empathetic and supportive guidance to clients through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. The position is full-time, requiring 40 hours a week with 8-hour shifts, and is eligible for benefits. The successful candidate will undergo a comprehensive training program to equip them with the necessary knowledge to assist clients effectively.

Requirements

• Strong fluency in Spanish and English; reading, writing, speaking.
• Ability to type 40 words per minute at 80% accuracy.
• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours a week with scheduled shifts.
• Must have a dedicated workspace with a closing door and a security camera.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support to potential and current clients.
• Answer incoming calls, chats, and emails to assist clients with their debt management programs.
• Proactively review client accounts for accuracy and resolve existing or potential problems.
• Document all activity and conversations with clients and their creditors accurately.
• Understand and adhere to state regulations, guidelines, company policies, and compliance standards.
• Perform miscellaneous office duties such as copying, data entry, and filing.
