Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with veterans and their families via Zoom
- Clearly explain available coverage options and answer client questions
- Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide ongoing support
- Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with company and industry standards
- Participate in weekly training sessions, team development meetings, and leadership workshops
