About The Position

Nuvant is hiring Remote Client Advisors to help individuals and small businesses explore personalized financial solutions. In this role, you’ll connect with prospects, learn about their needs, and provide guidance on the services that best fit their goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or college degree preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and guide conversations toward a clear next step
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or client services is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls and respond to inbound client inquiries
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand personal or business objectives
  • Recommend appropriate services and walk clients through the onboarding process
  • Manage follow-up outreach and relationship-building activities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs
