Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience; 5+ years in channel marketing preferably in high-tech or SaaS.
• Deep understanding of the LATAM channel partner ecosystem, including major resellers and distributors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
• Proven success in building and maintaining relationships; a strong team player in high-achievement environments.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, proactive, capable of multitasking and prioritization to deliver optimal solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the partner marketing strategy in LATAM, developing Go-To-Market and joint marketing plans with distributors, resellers, and channel partners.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with other marketing teams; launch joint solutions and sales enablement programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to negotiate strategic plans, secure partner engagement, and support initiatives.
• Manage MDF budgets and reporting, ensuring campaign data is collected and analyzed for assessment of program performance.
• Support partner enablement through joint messaging and content development, ensuring effective partner training.
• Plan and execute partner-facing and customer-facing events including trade shows and field activities.
