About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Medical, or Science preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in CAR-T or related fields.
  • Proven experience supporting external partners and managing hospital stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple deliverables.
  • Knowledge of cell apheresis, blood collection, or cryopreservation operations is preferred.
  • Ability to travel 60-80% within designated territories.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with commercial onboarding teams for effective treatment site implementation.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to external site staff based on company messaging.
  • Ensure supply quality of starting materials for GMP manufacturing of Cell Therapy products.
  • Conduct investigations related to manufacturing deviations and oversee resolution processes.
  • Deliver onsite support for first orders and training refreshers as needed.
  • Support localization of center qualification frameworks according to regulations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate initial training rollouts for clinical staff.
  • Negotiate and maintain Quality Apheresis Agreements with legal and accounting partners.
  • Guide cross-functional teams in clinical trial support for successful site participation.
  • Share best practices and escalate onboarding challenges to leadership.
