About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Cell Therapy Operations Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and supporting the implementation and training of apheresis and treatment centers. Your efforts will ensure that these centers operate efficiently and safely, enabling the treatment of patients using oncology cell therapy products. You will be a key point of contact for external site staff while working collaboratively with various internal teams to ensure successful clinical trial participation. This position requires flexibility and the ability to travel within your assigned geography.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in business, medical, or science.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in cell therapy, hospital management, or pharmaceutical environments.
  • Strong project management abilities with experience handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with cell apheresis or related processes is preferred.
  • Ability to engage confidently in medical discussions with a strategic operational mindset.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel 60-80% within the designated territory.

Responsibilities

  • Implement a collaborative approach with commercial onboarding teams to facilitate site onboarding for product use.
  • Offer operational support to external site staff, ensuring they are well-trained and knowledgeable.
  • Ensure compliance of sites with operational standards and quality control during the handling of cell therapy products.
  • Conduct investigations related to quality deviations in close coordination with relevant departments.
  • Provide onsite support for initial procedures and during any significant changes that require retraining.
  • Assist in localizing qualification frameworks according to regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinating training initiatives for staff involved in cell therapy operations.
