In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in our home improvement products. Your primary objective will be to schedule free consultations for our sales team, leveraging our robust marketing program that generates new leads daily. We are looking for experienced sales professionals who thrive in a remote work environment and enjoy being part of a fun and engaging team. As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will be making 25-35 outbound calls each hour, utilizing provided scripts to effectively engage and persuade homeowners about our offerings. You will need to overcome objections using our rebuttals while maintaining a positive attitude, even in the face of rejection. Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly appointment goals will be a key performance indicator for this position. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting your conversations in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of your interactions.
