CDS is hiring a Remote RTC Call Center Customer Service Representative — and you might be the perfect fit. What You’ll Do: As the voice of CDS, you'll assist callers with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Whether it’s resolving an issue or guiding someone to the right solution, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to provide service that goes above and beyond. This position is a full-time (40 hour per week) position and you must be available to work any day of the week and be available to work any hours between 8 am and 9 pm.

Requirements

  • Live in one of the following states: Florida, Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, or South Carolina
  • Your own compatible equipment:
  • Wired Ethernet connection - wireless connections via WiFi, no Hotspot or 5G.
  • Internet Speed – Wired internet speed from internet provider needs to be 100 mbps
  • Desktop or laptop (no Macs or Chromebooks)
  • Two monitors are best
  • Windows 10/11 Pro (not Home or S Mode)
