What You’ll Do: As the voice of CDS, you'll assist callers with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Whether it’s resolving an issue or guiding someone to the right solution, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to provide service that goes above and beyond. This position is a full-time (40 hour per week) position and you must be available to work any day of the week and be available to work any hours between 8 am and 9 pm.
