About The Position

The Remote Business Optimization Analyst at Carrington is responsible for mapping processes, analyzing system and process efficacy, and developing reporting solutions to visualize performance and trends. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement business reporting and analytics solutions that align with organizational needs, recommending process improvements, and ensuring timely execution of project deliverables.

Requirements

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and systems development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Five plus (5+) years of experience in a Business Analyst role analyzing and optimizing business processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional, PMI-Professional in Business Analysis, Agile/ Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Map current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Analyze system performance and provide recommendations for enhancements or new tools.
• Create operational reports and dashboards to visualize business unit performance and trends.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Assist in project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project deliverables.
