Requirements
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented professionals who thrive in a remote environment
- Strong communication skills and confidence in virtual meetings
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven attitude
- Willingness to obtain required insurance licensing (training and guidance provided)
Nice To Haves
- Sales, customer service, or business development experience is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Connect with pre-qualified prospects to assess financial needs
- Educate clients on customized financial solutions, including: Life Insurance Indexed Universal Life (IUL) Annuities
- Guide clients through the full sales process using our CRM tools
- Build long-term relationships and generate repeat and referral business
