Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering or a similar field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in shipbuilding with a focus on capacity planning and scheduling
• Passionate about providing high-quality solutions to real business opportunities
• Experience with project planning or engineering in a shipbuilding or manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Assist with onsite data collection and Shipyard AI implementation efforts
• Maintain relationships with key shipyard personnel
• Support the development of requirements documentation and related specifications
• Assist in the design and deployment of solutions for proposals and follow-on work
• Attain knowledge of services and software portfolio to assist in growth opportunities
• Support sales demos and customer presentations
• Provide feedback for product development
• Troubleshoot customer issues as needed
• Provide customer training on deployments
• Travel may be required to support deployments
