About The Position

KB Behavioral Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Tennessee LBA license to join our growing team. Part-time hours available, Monday-Friday. This is a remote, flexible position where you’ll provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities—backed by a collaborative and supportive clinical team.

Requirements

• Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
• Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment techniques and interventions
• Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques and strategies
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical documentation
• TN LBA (Required)

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients with developmental disabilities and autism
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide behavioral therapy and support to patients
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in behavioral health
