Join Team Alorica as a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, where you'll redefine customer service and experience one interaction at a time. This role is part of a fast-paced insurance-based program that requires a commitment to member healthcare needs, specifically servicing an elderly and disabled community. You'll help our clients by addressing their customers' concerns, providing support, and resolving issues.

  • Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service
  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong computer navigational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional listening/comprehension skills
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Customer oriented
  • Healthcare experience is welcome to enhance your success in this role
  • Customer service experience is a plus
