Requirements

  • Advanced verbal and written fluency (C1 preferred)
  • 1+ year customer service experience (remote or call center preferred)
  • Ability to switch between languages seamlessly
  • Clear, professional communication style
  • U.S. work authorization

Responsibilities

  • Support customers via phone, chat, and email in English and Polish or German
  • Handle billing inquiries, order issues, and account support
