About The Position

The Remote Bilingual Behavioral Health Clinician will provide mental health support services to individuals in need, conducting assessments and making clinical triage decisions. This role is essential in ensuring that urgent cases receive appropriate referrals and services, particularly for those experiencing mental health crises.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Services field.
• 3 years post-degree experience in a community, business, or governmental program delivering mental health support services.
• Bilingual (clinically fluent) in Spanish and English.
• Current, active, and unrestricted behavioral license issued by a North Carolina Professional Board (LCSW, LCMHC, LCAS, LPA, LMFT).

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial screenings and assessments for mental health needs.
• Make clinical triage decisions based on limited information.
• Ensure callers with urgent or emergent needs receive appropriate referrals and services.
