About The Position

As a Remote Bilingual Associate Technical Support Analyst at Assurant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality technical support to our external customers. This position requires a strong ability to break down technical problems into manageable components and deliver exceptional customer service. You will be part of a dynamic team of technical support professionals dedicated to supporting home and small business tools, applications, and devices. In this role, you will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues across a wide array of devices, including PCs, laptops, Apple computers, tablets, printers, and mobile phones. As the customer's advocate, you will demonstrate expertise in support processes, including escalations and complex issue resolution, while ensuring customer retention.
