About The Position
The Weatherspoon Agency, a regional division of American Income Life (AIL), has been a trusted provider of supplemental benefits for over 68 years. As the only 100% union-based benefits company, we proudly serve over 40,000 labor unions nationwide and protect more than 5 million active policyholders. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with an exclusive client base, including law enforcement, first responders, military personnel, government employees, auto workers, and educators. You will not be making cold calls, as members reach out to us directly through their union and association representatives. Warm leads are provided, eliminating prospecting or advertising costs. The role also emphasizes growth and advancement through training, mentorship, and leadership development, all while allowing for remote flexibility.
