Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Benefits, either as a broker or in a large start-up
• Strong ability to build partnerships and influence decisions
• High level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Operational experience managing benefits plans
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Data-driven mindset
• Demonstrated interest in the future of work and workplace trends
• Strong creative thinking skills for developing innovative solutions
• Experience in building consumer or business-facing products
• Proven ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and environments
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude

Responsibilities

• Launch new benefits programs from scratch
• Project manage renewals of existing policies
• Manage relationships with vendors and partners
• Develop materials to support the organization’s benefits offerings
• Tackle special projects within the benefits space
• Serve as a subject matter expert on all things benefits
• Create new processes to support the organization's ever-growing operations
• Support clients in finding benefits solutions that fit their needs
• Resolve complex cross-team queries
