About The Position

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated individuals to join our remote team as Client Support Specialists . In this role, you’ll assist families and individuals across the United States in understanding and accessing essential benefit programs. This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling and structured support. We provide all training, mentorship, and pre-scheduled client consultations—no cold calling or door-to-door outreach required. Requirements

  • Confident using video conferencing platforms and digital tools.
  • Motivated by service-oriented, purpose-driven work.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based computer with webcam access.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom.
  • Identify client needs and guide them through available benefit options.
  • Explain policies and enrollment steps in a clear, professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage follow-up communication.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and build long-term client relationships.
  • Participate in regular training and team meetings to enhance your skills.
