This is a fully remote position with equipment provided, offering an opportunity to work for a large healthcare provider. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CT or MT. Training will occur from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT, lasting for 2 weeks of training followed by 2 weeks of shadowing, with tapering off based on performance. The role involves maintaining a working knowledge of patient estimate portions via an estimation tool, performing outreach to patients prior to their scheduled appointments to verify demographics, and notifying them of their financial responsibilities. Specialists can expect to make 45–50 outbound calls per day.
