Remote BDR — Campus Partnerships

Juno
24d$60,000 - $75,000Remote

About The Position

Juno leverages collective bargaining power to secure better student loan rates for graduate students. With 230,000+ members and over $1B in negotiated loan volume, we've proven that group buying works. We are the most popular way to pay for the world's top MBA programs and are now expanding to serve many more graduate students at a critical moment in higher education. The Problem Federal lending reforms are creating an unprecedented market shift. Starting July 2026, new caps on federal graduate loans (including the elimination of Grad PLUS) will leave millions of students with significant funding gaps. Students will increasingly need transparent, competitive private options, exactly what Juno negotiates. Your Mission We're building a team to reach 26,000+ student organizations across pharmacy, medical, dental, law, business, and other graduate verticals. Your job: get student org leaders to share Juno information with their members through GroupMe, Instagram, email, and whatever channels students actually use. You'll execute multi-channel outreach, build relationships with student org officers, and help establish Juno as the go-to resource for financing graduate school. In success, you become a vertical expert and potentially grow into leadership as we scale.

  • Comfortable with social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok native)
  • Communication skills: Can craft casual, authentic messages that resonate with busy student org officers
  • Multi-channel comfort: Not afraid to communicate via Instagram DMs, send cold emails, and work LinkedIn
  • Bias to action: Ship outreach fast, test what works, iterate quickly

Nice To Haves

  • Preference for former student org leaders, student athletes, Greek life members, or campus ambassadors
  • You lived it: Graduate school experience or student org leadership experience is a huge advantage
  • You're scrappy: Will figure out creative ways to get orgs to respond and engage
  • You're self-motivated: Remote role requires discipline and hustle - you don't need micromanaging

Responsibilities

  • Multi-channel outreach: Reach student orgs via Instagram DMs, email, LinkedIn, and GroupMe to introduce Juno and secure partnerships
  • Activate partnerships: Get org leaders to share Juno with members through group chats, social posts, emails, and meetings
  • Build relationships: Maintain ongoing contact with student org officers, provide resources when requested, and foster long-term partnerships
  • Execute and iterate: Follow the playbook, but adapt messaging based on what's working. High bias to action with willingness to pivot
  • Track and report: Log outreach activity, partnerships activated, and student sign-ups in CRM. Share learnings with the team
  • Support presentations: Coordinate webinars, lunch-and-learns, and educational events when orgs request them
