About The Position
The Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic and growing team. This position is based in PST with peak hours from 3:00 - 8:00 pm PST. The BCBA will design and supervise the provision of evidence-based mental health services and programs for children with autism spectrum disorders and/or similar developmental disabilities. The role involves conducting regular session visits, providing individualized parent education, supervising program implementation, and ensuring proper documentation. The position starts at $80,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience, with paid training and growth opportunities.
