Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans Provide parent training and clinical guidance Analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes Foster a positive, inclusive, collaborative clinic environment Maintain ethical excellence and culturally responsive practice Qualifications Active BCBA certification Must comply with company policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines for BCBAs as outlined by the BACB. Experience with ABA assessments (VB, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) Strong leadership, coaching & communication skills Ability to support children in a clinic environment and support clients physically when needed.
