Requirements

5+ years of software development experience, with at least 4 years focused on back-end development
Expertise in Go, TypeScript, or Python
Deep expertise in architecting for performance and scale
Strong communication skills across various mediums, particularly in asynchronous environments
Ability to take ownership and responsibility for project outcomes
Demonstrated bias to action and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Growth mindset with a proactive approach to challenges and feedback
