About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Associate Manager, Power Platforms Automation. In this role, you will lead, design, and deliver innovative solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate, while managing platform administration, governance, and compliance. Your expertise in data modeling and integration with Azure and APIs will ensure that environments are scalable and optimized. By leading a team of technical professionals, you will set goals, prioritize resources, and drive high-quality project delivery, making a significant impact in the organization.

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. degree in a relevant field required.
  • Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant professional work experience.
  • Experience in quantitative data analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Experience working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with lean/agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of innovative solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Manage platform administration, governance, and compliance.
  • Build and integrate canvas and model-driven apps.
  • Design automated workflows and approvals for various applications.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot flows, apps, and integrations.
  • Lead and develop a team of technical resources.
