Requirements

J.D. (or equivalent) and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
5+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating B2B commercial contracts in media, advertising, data/tech, or market research.
Strong understanding of IP, content usage, and data licensing principles.
Demonstrated knowledge of data flows, AI usage, and privacy implications in agreements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead negotiations on data licensing while balancing client needs and company standards.
