Requirements
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CSDM, GRC, SecOps, IRM, BCM, HRSD, and core platform.
- Strong product management and solution design skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration, implementation, and customization.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and architectural design abilities.
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and business stakeholders.
- Minimum 6 years of experience with ServiceNow, including solution design, implementation, and integration.
- Proven track record of leading ServiceNow projects and managing end-to-end implementation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Assess client business needs and recommend ServiceNow solutions aligned with requirements.
- Lead ServiceNow implementation projects, including planning, execution, and effort estimation.
- Design and manage ServiceNow architecture for ITSM, ITOM, CSDM, GRC, SecOps, IRM, BCM, HRSD, and core platform capabilities.
- Conduct architectural analysis and estimate infrastructure requirements.
- Integrate ServiceNow solutions with other systems within the client ecosystem.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution design, best practices, and governance standards.
