About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Application Administrator to join a high-performing team supporting a major data center client. This is a permanent placement opportunity focused on reducing a significant backlog of service tickets in Jira Service Management through PowerShell-based automation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scripting automation tasks specifically for Jira Service Management using PowerShell. This is a non-negotiable requirement—candidates without this experience will not be considered. In addition to automation work, the candidate may occasionally assist with systems administration tasks in Windows, VMware, and Linux environments.
