Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred; relevant work experience can substitute for degree requirements.
• Minimum of 8 years of Information Technology experience, with 3-5 years in software development focusing on AI and analytics.
• Proven experience in leading or contributing to AI/Automation projects.
• Proficiency in Oracle Forms/Reports, SAP ERP, WebSphere, Tomcat, Java, Python, and GitHub.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current HR technology landscape to identify gaps and opportunities for incorporating AI and automation solutions.
• Design and recommend solutions for system enhancements, including software updates and process improvements.
• Develop, test, and deploy AI models specifically targeting HR purposes, driving innovation within the team.
• Create and maintain project documentation to ensure a structured approach to project delivery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to align technical efforts with organizational goals.
