Requirements

Doctorate degree and 2 years of financial analytics experience, or equivalent qualifications.
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial reporting and forecasting.
Proficiency with tools like SAP, Ariba, and Anaplan.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a complex, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate annual budget planning and analysis for AI & Data departments.
Maintain ongoing budget plans and reconcile with actual expenditures.
Contribute to quarterly forecast updates and close activities as a lead contributor.
Provide analytical support for spending trends, resource utilization, and variance analysis.
Assist in headcount planning by maintaining relevant workforce data.
Ensure adherence to established enterprise processes.
