Requirements
- 5 years of online admissions experience in a sales oriented role.
- Self-driven with experience making high-volume outbound calls.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong phone presence and interactions with prospective students.
- Passion for empowering others to succeed.
- Ability to meet deadlines as an individual contributor.
Responsibilities
- Acts as the first point of contact for prospective students considering enrollment.
- Engages prospective students via phone and email to discuss their future aspirations.
- Demonstrates sensitivity and relates effectively to students from diverse backgrounds.
- Conducts consultative conversations to assess needs and showcase educational benefits.
- Presents tailored solutions based on discussions and facilitates enrollment when applicable.
- Meets and exceeds targeted goals and metrics set by department leadership.
- Connects students to appropriate departments for document collections and registration.
- Provides timely follow-ups to prospective students through multiple communication channels.
- Maintains compliance with federal student privacy laws (FERPA).
- Evaluates academic records of prospective students for admission.
- Updates prospective student information in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Collaborates with various departments such as Financial Aid and Academic Advising.
