We’re looking for Remote Account Specialists to help individuals and small businesses discover financial solutions that fit their goals. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor—building meaningful client relationships, understanding unique needs, and guiding them toward the right financial path.   • Connect with prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups
  • Learn about each client’s goals and provide personalized recommendations
  • Support clients through onboarding and ensure smooth product setup
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records in CRM systems
  • Conduct periodic check-ins to provide ongoing support and strengthen relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success
  • High school diploma or college degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Prior experience in account management, client services, or sales is a plus
