Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with individuals and families
• Identify client needs and match them with appropriate life, accident, and supplemental benefit options
• Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
• Attend weekly virtual training sessions and team development calls
• Collaborate with your team to meet performance goals and share best practices
