PathologyWatch, the leader in Digital Dermatopathology, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Representative (AR) to join our remote team. This role is critical in supporting Territory Sales Representatives (TSRs) with both current and new client onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additionally, the AR will play a key role in regional sales revenue operations, maintaining accurate CRM data, updating sales pipelines, and providing critical sales support to leadership. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, excels in customer engagement, and thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. This role requires working Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours to align with the Northeast region’s business needs.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales support, account management, or revenue operations, preferably in a healthcare or medical sales setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with both clients and sales teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, staying proactive and self-motivated.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms).

Nice To Haves

  • Background in medical sales, pathology, dermatology, or laboratory services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary support for TSRs, assisting with both existing accounts and onboarding new clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with dermatology clients to address inquiries, provide support, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Provide insights and support to strengthen client relationships and optimize sales opportunities.
  • Support regional sales revenue operations by ensuring all sales data, CRM records, and pipeline updates are accurate and up to date.
  • Track and document lead activity, customer interactions, and sales progress for leadership visibility.
  • Assist AR Manager and National Rev Ops in monitoring opportunities, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration between sales, support, logistics and revenue operations teams.
