About The Position

In this role, you will be instrumental in developing account plans for new and existing corporate accounts within your assigned territory. Your focus will be on prospecting new customers and expanding business with existing clients, effectively driving full solution sales. You will contribute to our goal of achieving significant revenue targets while collaborating across teams to enhance our service offerings and strengthen client relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to small and medium companies.
  • Experience in high velocity sales using a consultative, value-based approach.
  • Ability to thrive as a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and change.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and addressing their business challenges.
  • Skilled in managing detailed sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm for prospecting and independently managing the full sales cycle.
  • Ability to collaborate with various teams to achieve shared business objectives.
  • Eager to refine sales strategies and develop tools for team success.
  • Minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience with a strong track record.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting new business opportunities and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • Managing accounts with revenues under $500M, from initial contact to deal closing.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales revenue targets consistently.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Regularly updating the CRM system to maintain accurate sales records.
  • Engaging in client meetings, both virtually and in-person.
