About The Position
In this position, you will: Organize home remodeling projects Monitor field crew performance and product quality Communicate directly with customers and assist with complaint resolution Present daily progress reports Occasional measuring of jobs
Requirements
- Residential remodeling experience, specifically with replacement windows, bathrooms, and kitchens
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Prior management or supervisory experience
- Conflict resolution experience
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
