About The Position

As a Carpenter on our Kansas City team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional shower installation and bath remodel experiences to our customers. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home®, and you will be supported by a culture that values craftsmanship, skill, and experience. In this full-time, year-round position, you will report directly to the Installation Manager and collaborate closely with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals. Your day will typically begin at our warehouse at 6:30 AM, where you will gather materials and load company trucks before heading to customer homes. You will be responsible for completing controlled demolition of existing bathtub/shower areas, installing new bathtub/shower pans and acrylic wall surrounds, and updating plumbing as necessary. Attention to detail is paramount, as you will ensure that the customer's home is treated with care and that all work is completed to the highest standards.
