About The Position

The Reset Travel Merchandiser is responsible for supporting reset and remodel projects across multiple retail locations by reading and implementing plan-o-grams, placing new items, completing void corrections, and performing special merchandising activities. This role represents Acosta, our clients, and our customers while working as part of a team to deliver high-quality in-store execution. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, quick learner, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment. Requirements

High school diploma/GED required.
1+ year of experience using planograms; retail reset experience preferred.
Ability to travel extensively, up to 100%, including overnight stays Sunday through Thursday.
Strong organizational, decision-making, and leadership capabilities.
Ability to communicate clearly with store teams and colleagues.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to read and implement plan-o-grams with accuracy.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and customer service.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with store teams and project partners.
Comfortable using technology such as smartphones, handheld devices, and web-based applications for scheduling, reporting, and training.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Willingness to work in cold environments (refrigerated/freezer sections) for limited periods.

Responsibilities

Read and follow plan-o-grams to complete the reset and remodel activity accurately.
Move and clean shelves, install racks and fixtures, properly display merchandise, and place tags and shelf strips.
Check date codes, verify plan-o-gram integrity, and assist with pack-outs, restocks, and reorders.
Partner with store teams and co-workers to ensure merchandising excellence and strong working relationships.
Prepare, process, and submit required documentation related to assigned projects.
Demonstrate safe work practices, proper equipment use, and proactively report unsafe conditions.
Follow all Acosta policies and standard operating procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
