Carillon Senior Living is recruiting for a hospitality focused Renovation Technician to join our team! The Renovation Technician is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the renovations department. Conducting under supervisor direction, construction-related tasks such as carpentry, drywall installation, tape bedding, texturing, painting, and form setting. Requirements

Knowledge of equipment used in construction or other related work.
Skill in establishing and maintaining good working relationships with others.
Have the ability to learn simple tasks.
Have the ability to operate hand and power tools.
Have the ability to lift and carry equipment or materials applicable to the assigned work.
Have the ability to understand oral and written instructions.
Have the ability to read and follow blueprints and diagrams.
Have a High School diploma/GED.
Minimum of one-year experience building construction, maintenance, or general labor services.

Nice To Haves

Have some Technical Schooling and/or background preferred.

Responsibilities

Performs construction-related duties such as: carpentry, drywall installation, tape bedding, texturing, painting, and form setting.
Operates company truck for the purpose of transporting workers, construction materials, and light equipment.
Performs daily tasks in a safe and workman-like manner in accordance with company policies.
Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.
Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
