About The Position

Signature Retail Services is seeking an experienced Traveling Fixture Remodel Team Lead to support large-scale remodel and reset projects across Southern California and surrounding regions. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who has successfully led travel crews in big-box home improvement environments such as Lowe’s and Home Depot. You will be responsible for executing full-store resets, fixture installations, and leading teams through fast-paced, deadline-driven projects. Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays within your region and neighboring states
Ensure you have a reliable personal vehicle for travel to project locations weekly
Smartphone with internet access for reporting, communication, and timekeeping
Valid Driver’s License and active auto insurance (must be listed as an insured driver)
3–5+ years of Team Lead or Supervisory experience in fixture installation, remodels, or reset environments
Proven ability to lead teams on large-scale resets, remodels, and fixture installation projects
Experience with planograms (POGs), blueprint reading, signage installation, and display builds
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work (lifting, bending, climbing ladders, standing/walking)
This position involves regular lifting requirements of 60+ lbs without assistance throughout the shift

Nice To Haves

Direct experience working in Lowe’s, Home Depot, or similar big-box retail remodel projects preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and execute large-scale remodels and resets in Lowe’s, Home Depot, and similar big-box retail environments
Supervise crews of 5-15 team members, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety are in compliance on every project
Drive execution of full store resets, fixture installations, and planogram (POG) resets
Install and oversee gondola shelving, pallet racking/h-frame steel racking, cantilever systems, displays, and signage
Read and execute blueprints, layouts, and project scope documents with accuracy
Maintain adherence to project timelines, schedules, and client standards
Partner with store leadership and client teams to ensure smooth project execution
Conduct final walkthroughs and quality checks to ensure all work meets expectations
Provide daily progress updates on completion status, challenges, and team performance
