About The Position

A Team Home Services is seeking an experienced Remodeling Installer to join our Remodeling Department. This role focuses on residential kitchen and bathroom remodel projects and requires a skilled professional who can deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining jobsite standards and timelines.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of remodeling construction methods and sequencing
• Proficiency with hand and power tools used in residential remodels
• Ability to read and follow basic project plans and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in active jobsite environments
• Experience working in occupied residential homes
• Professional demeanor and strong customer-service skills

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on installation work for kitchen and bathroom remodels
• Install cabinetry, vanities, countertops, fixtures, and trim
• Complete demolition, framing adjustments, drywall, and finish carpentry as needed
• Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Follow project plans, scopes of work, and company quality standards
• Communicate progress and issues to project leads or supervisors
