About The Position

The Remittance Processing Specialist II - Equipment Operator is responsible for performing complex sorting and decision-making of non-standard or rejected transactions. This role focuses on the day-to-day functions of reject decisioning and processing, ensuring accurate handling of client transactions using specialized equipment. The position requires working in a fast-paced environment and involves both independent and team-based tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Computer skills.
• Ability to read and make decisions.

• Must meet the Deluxe established standard minimums for productivity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex sorting and decision-making of non-standard or rejected transactions.
• Pull rejected transactions from all processing areas using reports and processing audit trails.
• Perform basic level transaction sorting and decision-making.
• Header batched items with control documents and processing header.
• Perform extraction and scanning on high-speed and moderate to complex client handling using specialized equipment.
• Process medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction decisioning.
• Assist with training when needed.
