What you will be doing? In this role you will be processing customer payments and exceptions in a timely and accurate manner to customer accounts. Prepares customer payments for processing. Opening/Scanning mail Coordinates set-up and maintenance activities for the remittance processor and related equipment. Performs research and adjustment activities. Processes exception items. Maintains inventory of remittance processing supplies. Work Schedule: Fully On-site This role is Full Time only with the below schedule listed Sundays- 9am-5:30pm, Monday-Thursday 2pm -10:30pm cst. Off Friday and Saturday
