About The Position

The Remittance Operations Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of a non-exempt operational group, ensuring overall team performance to meet or exceed company goals and objectives. This role requires a hands-on approach to help meet goals and involves actively working to gain the respect of subordinates through daily interaction with the team. The supervisor promotes teamwork, harmony, and productivity across all areas of the operation, while also focusing on increasing the skills of team members. Effective time management and organizational skills are essential, as the supervisor ensures established processes are followed for optimal team performance, creates and meets deadlines, and prioritizes tasks to meet operational goals. Communication, both verbal and written, is key to ensuring all team members have a consistent understanding of their responsibilities. The supervisor is also responsible for managing the performance and ongoing development of direct reports through timely coaching, counseling, positive reinforcement, and honest feedback.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of operations management experience.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.
• 2 years in operations management, preferably in payment processing.
