Job Duties: The Console Room Lead supports functional and business managers with daily delivery of 1500 transmission files across several processing platforms while also handling client escalations, complex problem solving and troubleshooting and support department, business line and corporate initiatives and projects. Assist with end-to-end process and workflow management review to develop and implement potential changes to assist with maximizing productivity and efficiency. Monitor activity across multiple environments including front end and back-end applications to ensure that all applications are performing as expected and audit guidelines are adhered to and client SLA's for timeliness and accuracy are met on a daily basis. This includes all Image RPS, peripheral remittance applications and client mainframe and Image Archive management and maintenance. Perform on call duties for after-hours issues and support. Manage downtime with applications and perform troubleshooting exercises, including identification of issues, escalation to management and various support teams and communication of issues recovery and status, includes on call duties for after- hours support. Research and respond to internal/external client inquiries within established turnaround times. Escalate issues as needed Research and handle complex production issues including real time processing issues as well as transactional research and decisioning of payments and files. Support site maintenance events, recovery from network events including server patching.
